At the (upcoming) Joyful Living Center, we believe in providing young college students with a holistic approach to mental well-being. Our center in Troy, New York offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, complete with a Japanese garden for meditation. Through the teachings of ancient seers and sages, we empower individuals to overcome mental challenges without resorting to prescription medications. Discover the transformative power of wisdom and find lasting peace within.

Note: For any serious clinical depression or other mental health issues one should consult only a medical practitioner. This center and its services will only help as a preventative measure.

Sri Ravi has been a student of the Advaita Philosophy of the great Indian saint Adi Shankara and also J. Krishnamurti, a spiritual teacher who spoke extensively on the nature of the mind and the way to achieve freedom from suffering. He has taught the importance of unbiased keen observation and self-reflection which form the basis of the philosophies of the above two individuals, to his two grown-up children extensively. He sees the need for these core values in daily life to bring about peace and joy and help the younger generation, as a service to the community, to make the world a better place. He has lived in the state of Massachusetts for the past 30 years.
